Verbal confidence

In a democracy we all have a voice. You need to get to know your own voice in order to use it meaningfully.

Democracy depends on our courage to speak up. Being able to say what you think – even when you’re unsure how it will be received – is a vital democratic skill.

Verbal confidence isn’t about speaking the loudest or the most. It’s about daring to speak when you have something to say.

Many people struggle to express themselves in front of others, or feel like their input doesn’t matter. By training verbal confidence, we strengthen the sense that your voice matters – and deserves to be heard.
