Video transcript

My name is Elida. I'm from Oslo in Norway. I wanted to do this training to be a democracy fitness trainer because I really want to practice these democracy muscles that we practice here.

I want to practice the personal skills of active listening, of being able to compromise, of being able to have empathy with others. and not only to practice it myself but also be able to train it to others these muscles which I think is so crucial and important especially right now in these democratic times.

My checkout word was hope so I take with me hope for a better democratic system in the future. Hope for myself to be able to practice some of these muscles and also be able to train it to others who I think I'm going to start with the school I go to Chaos Pilots in Aarhus and then see where to take it from there.
