Laere is a transformation lab based in Tokyo, that turns individual transformation into broader organizational and societal change.
Laere means “to teach” and “to learn” in Danish, and we believe in the power of dialogue and mutual learning.
Bridging Japan and Scandinavia, we design and deliver leadership development, study programs, and co-creative transformation processes for individuals, organizations, and communities.

Through this work, we aim to contribute to a society filled with LIFE FORCE.
